Villa Aruch is an excellent property to stay at. Too stylish, too spacious ( a rarity in Europe) and too comfortable. It is a very tastefully done up property with personal touches evident everywhere. Once inside, you don't feel like leaving the hotel and going out anywhere. The only and probably a very major problem is its location. The hotel is situated in one corner of the town, totally cut off from the main areas with no supermarkets or restaurants anywhere close by. Las instalaciones del hotel. Es un hotel nuevo con todas las comodidades. El servicio es también excelente. Se encuentra a 10 min en bus del centro de la ciudad, pero es muy cómodo el desplazamiento. Tiene un supermercado al lado mismo del hotel y parking privado por sólo 10 Euros la noche, normalmente en la ciudad cuesta mucho más. - Nos alojamos

Las habitaciones son amplias, el apartamento muy confortable y el personal muy agradable y servicial. En comentarios de otras personas la principal queja era el ruido pero en el nuevo edificio había un silencio total.

We were a group of seven and were in two apartments. Both had full kitchens with refrigerators & microwaves, large bedrooms, ample relaxed seating, and nice bathrooms with large showers. The location was excellent with bus stops across the road which could take and return us to Florence in about 10-minutes. The rooms were very clean and the staff was very good. Finally, the price was fantastic, especially for what was included.

It was really the cheapest available.
Since we were travelling by car, we needed parking, which meant we needed to stay out of downtown anyway. Bus connection to downtown is OK, but not that frequent on weekends. You can get a taxi for around 10 EUR, which is what we did twice.
Rooms in the B&B looked really nice. We were 3 and stayed at a small apartment close by, which was big and comfortable, except for the sofa bed

The owners were really nice and very helpful.
The villa was situated outside the city but was only a few minutes to the bus stop that took us directly into Florence itself.
The room was beautiful - a luxurious big bed, loads of space and a lovely en-suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and a kettle with tea and coffee available.

This house is really amazing!!!!! Nice villa surrounded by lush garden, excellent atmosphere inside, great room, really nice owner (Elena), close to the bus station to the Florence city centre (about 10 minutes) = we could only recommend! It´s a pitty that we have stayed there only 1 night.
