The hotel is lovely and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was a terrfic buffet with excellent service. The location is absolutely amazing, a few minutes walk to everything you want to see in Florence.
The rooms were beautifully appointed with great bathrooms and toiletries. -

Nothing much to say; excellent 5 star hotel. Some minor deficiencies are
due to the hotel being a renovated Medici palace. -
Reception staff was truly amazing. the hotel is stunning, both interior and the park.

This was our second visit. It is romantic--dinner sitting on the Arno is a very special experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms are terrific and the grounds are very romantic. They also make it easy to get into center of Florence for sightseeing. -
