It was a 15 minute metro ride to the Duomo, with easy connections. It was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was execellent. Nice touch with chocolates on the pillow each night, breakfast was great with scrambled eggs and bacon and fruit smoothies. A wide variety and held us over until dinner.   No recuerdo su nombre, pero el recepcionista que nos atendió el día de nuestra llegada fue muy atento y amable. La parada de metro está a dos pasos. Tiene los mejores colchones y almohadas en los que he dormido - El personal era muy amable y simpatico. Las instalaciones inmejorables y en definitiva me lleve gran impresion del hotel.

  What's not to like? The design of the hotel defies to usual luxury hotels' boring design. The rooms are designed to be cosy, and it definitely is. The rooms were appropriately lit, the TV had wide range of channels and the interior décor was just amazing. Bed was big and comfy with 2 pillows each.
