The lady who met us was incredibly helpful. She was available late in the evening when we arrived (after 2200) and met us far from the hotel so that we could find our way. Our check-in was quick and we were able to clean up and sleep quickly. The room and beds were very comfortable, the air conditioner helped cool the room...we had a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was very close to the airport and very easy to get to even though my flight arrived at midnight. There was someone to greet me at this late hour and also a welcome snack. The hotel was clean and tidy. I was allowed to leave my bag at the hotel while I looked around Pisa the next day. -

- very good communication with Luca (calling and verifying arrival time)
- I needed help with parking my car (as there is no parking included). Luca immediately responded that there is enough parking spaces a front of B&B (free 18:00-8:00, otherwise payable at 60eurocents/hr). There was no problem with parking indeed.
- Leaning tower is approx 20 minutes walk away
- we used LuckyHousle for an overnight stay on our trip and the facilities were sufficient for that purpose

Being a family of 5, having 2 rooms with bathroom all within our flat was great. Breakfast was fine and suited everyone.

7 mins by bus from the center + 5 mins walk is the only price for the relatively clean budget accommodation. We also appreciated the quiet suburb area. -

The owner was very friendly and helpful. It was extremely clean, the room and the kitchen were well equipped. It is located in a quiet street very close to the railway station and to the main sights too.The house has a nice garden with beautiful plants. We could have a very good time at this place. Set in a very old fashioned piazza, with a market every day and the hubbub of a really working piazza. Central to Pisa restaurants and the tower. -
Location - 10 minutes from railway station, Place di Miracoli etc. great
