The lady and her nephew who ran the Hotel were delightful, very helpful and such a warm friendly atmosphere we didn't want to leave. It was like stepping back in time to old style Italy but everything was comfortable and worked very well. Lots of hot water and a good shower.Look forward to our return! Excellent value for Money -

About 10 mins in a cab from the airport, and another 10 mins in a cab to Leaning Tower, so ideal location. Reception, bar and other shared areas very luxurious. Deluxe room was more simple, but clean and spacious and fantastic bed. Worth money for view of Leaning Tower from balcony! Jack and Jill showers a nice feature. Very good value for €100.

Must be the only hotel in Italy that ensures the food is always topped up at breakfast time and never runs out. We were made welcome by the reception staff from the time we arrived. They were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. In addition the bar/ swimming pool staff were also very friendly. We had a very relaxing and happy stay at Solidago. Thanks to everyone there.
