Very big, warm and cosy apartment with all comfort and even a little terrace. Lovely host and a guide with recommendations on supermarkets, tours and restaurants. The apartments are beautiful, clean and modern, with nice and functional furniture, and a lot of storage space. The kitcken has everything one would need. They are also at a walking distance to the city center. The price is a real bargain and last, but not least, the staff is nice and very efficient.

The owner was really helpful. Very good location, bus and train station very near, easily reached on foot. Supermarket near and worth it. Stay is reasonably priced, and all needs are found in the apartment. Apartment is very cool and spacious. Airconditioned. Possibility to travel to other cities is easily reached both by train and bus. -

The hotel is modern, with spacious rooms by European standards. We used
it for a single night for a trip into Venice without having to pay a
high price for a room. The restaurant in the facility was excellent, one
of best meals while in Italy. Staff were very helpful about how to use

Delicious breakfast! Fresh fruits, fresh juice and every day something special from the kitchen. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Very silent rooms in spite the position on the main road. -

We used this hotel as our base for exploring Venice. It was a 15 minute stroll to the station or 5 minute drive away (free parking at the station) from there it was a 40 minute train ride. The Villa is very well-kept, rooms are very nicely finished and large. The pool area is amazing and a great place to relax. The Villa is also a Bus Trip away from Venice. There is a well equiped kitchen, with satelite tv and a/c. They offer free bicycles for their clients to go around the area. Staff are very helpful/ friendly and I suggest this
