Very helpful and courteous staff, convenient location (5 minutes from the beach), clean, new furniture and the room has everything you need. Especially glad a lot of towels for 2 days were 12. A young child provided a comfortable bed, and even a baby bath with stand. We plan to stay at when traveling to Tel Aviv just here. Across the street there is parking $ 20 a day

Stayed at the apartment for three days during my short trip to Israel. The room seemed new and clean and is equipped with almost everything you need except the telephone. The place is an apartment, not a hotel. Laundry service was available, and was only 70 Shekels for all my clothes. Decor was upscale and the kitchenette was nicer than most. -

A very neat/clean appartment conveniently located in a shopping district, close to the beach and quite central to the city and other amenities.
The staff are quite exceptional and takes pride in their extraordinary dealings and interactions with guests ....a special mention and thanks to Hagai who went beyond the call of duty to make our visit in Isreal extra special.
The rooftop at night time is a good spot to relax and take in the magnificent view of Tel Aviv.

The night clerk was very helpful, and courteous! The breakfast was cafe quality. The suite with two bedrooms, a balcony and a living room area was relaxing and convenient. The location was within walking distance to the beach and markets. We really enjoyed lounging on the balcony, sipping coffee, shaded by the electric awning. Very memorable!

Tel Aviv is extremely expensive for accomadation so this was a relatively modestly priced guest house. I say that because there is no lobby and the sun roof which is lovely in the evening has no daytime shade so during hot sunny weather you cannot use it. There are a few sunbeds there and tables but no sunshades.The room was very clean and comfortable good air conditioning and a kettle but cupboard space limited I was alone but stayed 2 weeks and could just about squeeze my baggage into the tin

The place is very well located.
Pricing was good as well compare to what you can find is the neigborood and the owner is very pleasant. She here only when you need her and if you're lucky enough with her planning she even provide very good massages at a very fair price.
We were 5 people and it was ok to sleep in. 4 is the right number I guess.

Lovely place, very special atmosphere, if u are bored of ordinary hotels this is the place for you. Location is fantastic in a very charming area, 5 mins walk to the center, 10 minutes walk to the beach. We stayed two nights and it was great. -
