The service was excellent, friendly. Issues were resolved in a timely
manner. The food was amazing, The breakfast with such a large variety.
Wow. The receptionists were right there to assist with any issue, always
smiling. We forgot the Kindle and the charger in the room. We called the

A hotel that offers great value particularly for the Business Traveller.
I could have stayed in any hotel in the city but chose to return to the
Leonardo City Tower. Rooms are very comfortable, clean and offer
everything I look for when away from home. Staff are courteous and
helpful. The breakfast buffet is execellent, as is the Friday night
(Shabbat) buffet. In the heart of the business district its location
ensures you can beat the Tel Aviv traffic. Enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good,
from the salads, breads, dairy to the omelets and shaksuka. The rooms
and beds were comfortable, and I loved the shower and bathtub. Plus
they left a fresh bottle of water as needed. It was nice having the
Azrieli mall right there, as well as a full supermarket, again, right

The soundproofing is impressive, never heard of the ice cube machine
right in front of my room once the door's closed. In case of dnd,
you don't get a call asking whether you want the room cleaned or
not, which is just the way it should be. The location is very
conveniently located as long as you remember facilities around the hotel
being closed during Shabat and plan in advance.

Excellent service. Every thing we asked for was provided as if they did
not know how to say "NO". Asked for late check out at 4:00 pm,
management said yes no problem and also offered drinks at the Bar before
we left. We were late for breakfast (1:00 pm) management said no
problem, coffe etc delivered to our room. Unbelievable service. -

The atention is superb. Thanks Adam and the hotel management for making our stay so pleasant.
Breakfast is served in a cafe 5 minutes away from the hotel and is is EXCELENT.

Location - Very close from the sea, from the market, from the city center.
Apartment - a lot of space, good condition, very clean.
Contact person - Ran, owner o the appartment was very kind - explaining all the needed details and more, very helpful.
Very convenient - all the necessary kitchen equipment + coffee, tea+ beach stuff (towels+umbrella+chairs+...) + all the possible info on the city (maps+taxi numbers+eating places addresses).
Everything you need for comfortable rest.

Daniel Rosenthal was an excellent representative for the company from
first booking through a few changes by me, up to my arrival and stay
completion. The space was excellent with historic archetectual features

Nice location, in the centre of historical part of the city (Bauhaus architecture - begining of 20 century) Nice and cosy. Like Monmartre in Paris. Nice balcony, looking to the quite street. A lot of privacy, but not boring. Just in two steps from exotic farm market. Very friendly and helpful stuff! Roman, thank You! I definetly recommend this location to myfriends.

Very helpful staff. Clean room. The hotel is near the beach, but we were
not interested in that. We stopped in Tel Aviv only for one night, then
went to the Dead Sea by bus. If I had to do this again, I would pick a
hotel near the bus station, or better a hotel near the Jerusalem Bus

Everything from the first minute I checked in till the last minute I checked out. The room was really spacious. The bathroom very confortable. The bed and the bedlinen made me sleep deeply for 9 hours every night. The staff are extremely plesant and helpful. Nice breakfast. Very silent despite in the city centre, convenient for the attractions sightseeing. Only 1 minute walk to the beach. I will go back.

We stayed in the 2 BR Annex on Mozkin. It was large for an Israeli apartment. Especially liked that is was ground floor but designed with a second BR, second flat panel tv and secondfull BA upstairs. The 1-bedroom apartment was exactly what we needed (with 2 small kids). The balcony was a fantastic extra. We are on Ben Yehuda, but it's really quiet. The 24/7 supermarket across the street is convenient. The beach, shops, and the Old Port are within walking distance. Amir was really helpful, answering his phone even at 3 am.
