The service was outstanding. Nothing was too difficult for the staff, and they were particularly helpful with preparing food for our 8 month old baby. Food is excellent and freshly sourced, but we were also provided details for take away pizza when we expressed a desire for different food. Finally, when we requested a late check out, we were permitted to move to a different villa until 3pm at no extra charge, this was extremely helpful given that we were travelling with a baby.

I really enjoyed the cultural aspects of this resort. I felt good knowing that my money was helping to perpetuate the culture of Bali. The performances were fantastic, the workshops on offer in the adjoining museum/art gallery are worth doing and the staff are so warm, welcoming and friendly. The pool was beautiful and clean and open 24 hour a day! such a plus with many hotels closing theirs at 9pm.

Staffs are very nice. I booked a room with twin beds and was upgraded at the reception to a two bedroom villa. Really value for money. Hotel has free shuttle bus to Ubud centre. When I asked them to introduce the dirty duck meal. The staff recommended a restaurant which later we found was better than the more famous one.

bali spirit hotel is an oasis outside of busy ubud, set on a cliff overlooking a river, so peaceful. Beautiful grounds. The pool is huge with a swim up bar. The surrounding village is fantastic to stroll through with amazing wood carvings.
