The hotel has good wireless internet for as many devices you want. The pool area is fantastic and you can eat and drink right at the beach front. You can also have private dinner on little pavilions in the garden area. The rooms are big and spacious with a balcony. You get all the little goodies like tea cooker, toothbrush etc. Location is great for shopping, eating and to go to the beach. Highly recommended!

The staff were uniformly terrific - very helpful, courteous and considerate - from the service desk to the waiting staff.
The location is outstanding with the capacity to lounge on but above the beach so enjoying the beachside experience but avoiding the hassle of the peddlars.
The facilities beachside and in the room are also top class.

The hotel grounds were very beautiful and well maintained I loved the plants and trees, it was like a magic garden. The pool was really nice. The bungalow was traditional and picturesque. The hotel was romantic with family appeal too. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was nice. It was fair value for money and I will be going again.

Pool, Jacuzzi, Breakfast, Rooms and Villa. We had actually booked this resort for a day. but then we liked the location and comfort in this place so we extended the stay here for one more day. Arif (Manager) was excellent...he fixed our problems straight away...(it shouldn't have needed escalation to him to sort things out though!)
Rooms are very comfortable (we had a Deluxe)

Beach side villa we stayed in was amazing. Private pool, Butler service, breakfast in the room everyday. Villa and pool spotless everyday. The hotel staff could not do enough for us. They were so friendly and attentive. We live in Dubai with so many top hotels but the staff here beats anywhere in Dubai. We have already recommended this hotel to everyone.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and cant do enough for you, the Balinese people are the most genuine friendly people we have met anywhere in the world. The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately.
