We got what we expected and signed for. The staff was excellent, friendly and professional. They organised a driver for day trips. Picked up and dropped off to the airport at cost. Clean pleasant room. Very close to shops and 10 minutes walk to the beach. The pool was awesome

The Haven Hotel made our trip! we could not have asked for a better place to stay.The two bedroom suite was absolutely perfect for our family of 3 (5 yr old, 3yr old, and 9 month old). Everyone had space to play, watch movies and chill out.
The pools, especially the one at the front, were perfect for a family with kids who can and cannot swim.

I loved this hotel, aspecially breakfast!! It was amazing delicious!! A huge variaty every day! Very nice swimmimg pool! Staff were really helpful. They kept smiling and greeting all the time. Loved location as well! Close to many shops (u should burgain there twice lower price),fine restaurants and money changers (be careful! They chit a lot! Recheck money when u leave!). Also very close to the six beach just 10 mins on foot.

New hotel complex indonesia owned, we stayed in room 127 which is one of three closest ground floor rooms and directly outside is the food area and swimming pool, no walking across the complex for amenities. Good TV channels but WiFi is week. All room provate phone calls are charged, even if you do not connect to your phone number.

The hotel was very nice, clean rooms and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooftop dinning was nice but for breckfast there was not enough tables for all, if it was sunny people had to sit in the sun, so I suggest to get to breckfast early to get a table in the shade. -

We are frequent travellers to Bali and we stayed at Umadasa due to all the positive reviews the hotel had.
We had a late arrival at 2 am, however the staff welcoming us with a big smile. They were so friendly and helpful at all times.
Breakfast varied everyday and was served fresh.
Hotel was really quiet considering that it was just steps away from a main road. Beach was less than 5 minutes away walking and there were lots of places to eat or drink around.

This hotel just recently opened, this shows clearly on not only the exterior of the hotel, but also the interior of the apartment. Very spacious apartment, on the first floor you will find a big bed, which easily fits 2 adults and a child. We originally booked this hotel for 4 nights and were going to move to a different area, but we liked it so much we decided to book the remaining 6 days of our holiday here. It is super spacious and comfortable. There is a separate living area and kitchen downstairs and bedroom with desk and large closet in the bathroom upstairs. Staff did everything possible to make stay comfortable.
Access to Seminyak shops and restaurants by taxi is convenient and cheap. -
Very friendly staff and room was extremely clean and made fresh daily. Perfect place to relax for a few days if travelling alone or for couples.
