My Deluxe room was comfortable, spacious and quiet and just a short stroll to pool and beach. The location is superb set right on e beachfront to swim, walk along the beach, surf, have a massage, and simply relax. The staff were wonderful, very friendly and always ready to assist. The hospitality shower was greatly appreciated long after check-out and before departing for the airport for a late night flight. The hotel grounds were very beautiful and well maintained I loved the plants and trees, it was like a magic garden. The pool was really nice. The bungalow was traditional and picturesque. The hotel was romantic with family appeal too. The staff were very friendly and always helpful. Breakfast was nice. It was fair value for money and I will be going again.

Excellent Hotel , good service and great location.Room was very spacious , however , the view onto what looked like a bomb site was not good.The roof pool was excellent as was the breakfast.The staff were all friendly and we liked the entrance to the Hotel the free cocktail was an added bonus.All in all very good value for money in the middle of the shopping area of Seminyak. The 24 hr checkin/out is a good idea as late arrivals still get their full stay.

The Haven Hotel made our trip! we could not have asked for a better place to stay.The two bedroom suite was absolutely perfect for our family of 3 (5 yr old, 3yr old, and 9 month old). Everyone had space to play, watch movies and chill out.

I loved this hotel, aspecially breakfast!! It was amazing delicious!! A huge variaty every day! Very nice swimmimg pool! Staff were really helpful. They kept smiling and greeting all the time. Loved location as well! Close to many shops (u should burgain there twice lower price),fine restaurants and money changers (be careful! They chit a lot! Recheck money when u leave!). Also very close to the six beach just 10 mins on foot.

The staff are very helpful and friendly and cant do enough for you, the Balinese people are the most genuine friendly people we have met anywhere in the world. Excellent value for money. As a lone traveller I felt very safe and comfortable. Staff were always very helpful. There is some amazing new venues for eating and socializing in the street. This may even become the new "Eat St" of Seminyak. I will definitely stay here again.

Staff did everything possible to make stay comfortable.
Access to Seminyak shops and restaurants by taxi is convenient and cheap. -
Very friendly staff and room was extremely clean and made fresh daily. Perfect place to relax for a few days if travelling alone or for couples.
