The 4-bed family room is so spacious that one can stand upright even on the upper deck of the bunker bed.
Although the best restaurants concentrate around Jalan Malioboro and Jalan Sosrowijayan, there are many interesting local food stalls along Jalan Kh. Ahmad Dahlan. But please be reminded of the ubiquitous MSG, and ask the chef not to add MSG ("tanpa vetsin") :)

Omah tembi staff was very friendly , the rooms were very beautiful and laying in ricefields and nature. Good place to stay outside the busy sity of jogya. For a homestay very good service, every day roomcleaning, new towels. -
Great view of the rice fields. Very refreshing if you're sick of the city life or 'normal hotels'. Not really expensive and worth the price.
