This is my 17th Stay at Shradda In and I always prefer to stay at Shradda Inn.

This time I find that Mandir to Shradda Inn road are in bad shape. The hotel authority with others should ask the road department to keep the road in a good position.

Absolutely safe for my kids, warm milk for my kid in the middle of the night, sterilising bottles and my daughter still remembers the yummy pasta she had there. Neat and clean hotel which I wanted.

Booking through bookings.com helped us save a bit. This was during peak season. In house restaurants is good serves authentic North Indian.

However please dont go for alacarte during breakfast and dinner as they are just too busy serving their buffet customers.

Location and the grounds.Bedrooms we're clean and spacious.

Reception staff not helpful. Service was very slow and breakfast choice was very limited.

The hotels is neat, clean and comfortable. Rooms are well appointed and toilets are clean and modern. Gardens and surrounding ambience is very relaxing and soothing.

The staff hospitality was excellent,lush green garden with a beautiful clean swimming pool , food and housekeeping was very good.And 24 Hrs cab for Mandir from hotel pick and drop

The only drawback was T.V channels, but i am sure it will improve.

Hotel set in beautiful surrounding. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Treated us with lot of respect and service with a smile Specially the restrant staff - Sanjay, Anupam and Jayant - had excellent customer skills. The room was more than what we expected - so comfortable, clean and well laid out. Television choice was fantastic - spoilt for choice. Breakfast and menu choice was to cater for different catagory of people - something for everyone, which was nice.

We found the guest from India didnt have any manners - they seem very stuck up, demanding and didnt respect the staff. Other guest were very loud and noisey early in the morning - which was as early as 3.30am hence disturbed our sleep.

The food quality was really pathetic, I was regular customer from last six yrs, this time I m really disappointed.

Maintanence of electronic items like TV which was not functioning in one of the room. Wifi was not available in the room.

There was some stale smell in the room, bed is not very comfortable to sleep in, Food is very expensive for a town like Shirdi, Taxi to and from Kopargaon station is unrealistically expensive.
