Reception was good. Mr. Anand was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location was perfect for visit to Taj Mahal. Food was good but could improve. The roof top was a nice place to hangout. The swimming pool looked very nice but I couldn't use it since water was too cold. Will definitely go back whenever possible. All in all was a good experience. I would recommend this hotel to all.

I had a wonderful staying in Ganges Inn, and I found the place very clean, with a very friendly and helpful staff, on a wonderful location if your plans are to stay very close to the main Gaths on the Ganges river.
I've visited as a solo female traveller and also I felt extremely safe. I definitely would recommend it for anyone who wants to experience Varanasi.

A great hotel, situated right by the east gate of the Taj Mahal. The staff were friendly and accomodating (they didn't mind us checking in early, and looked after our luggage during the day after we had checked out), and the views of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop terrace were excellent. Really good value for money,and in a safe, pleasant neighbourhood.

The lovely old style of the hotel - it's architecture and details, well maintained courtyard and garden and large comfortable rooms.
