Wonderfull experience: a very professional, high end approach but with a fun and humorous twist. First time ever I felt so welcomed and appreciated as a guest. Waouw!!!!! Superbly superb. I am used to go to Bombay but it was the first time I stayed at Four Seasons, because I knew their excellent roof-top bar; AER. It is really perfection. It's a five-star hotel but really the best I've visited till now.
