the staff on all fronts are extremely helpful and friendly and can explain details of food served and will even send you a recipee by email. they do not know the word NO. Fantastic, we have not stayed in a hotel with such a friendly attitude and service at the highest level -

All the staff were very courteous and did all they could to make our
stay memorable. Even when I couldn't get complimentary breakfast
served in my room due to the hotel's policy, I called the following
morning explaining that I had two newborn babies and that it would be
impossible to go down to eat breakfast in the mornings. The duty manager
(Sachin I think is his name) was very apologetic and made an exception
for us, even coming personally to ensure our full order was delivered,

I love the uniqueness of the hotel - it didn't feel like a cookie-cutter or formulaic version of a luxury hotel, like so many hotels that belong to chains. It is a hotel with great character and charm. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly also. -

I stayed at Shanti home twice, once at the beginning and once at the end
of my India trip. It is a little way from the city centre, which is nice
as a bit quieter and anyway only 3 minutes from the metro. It is a
lovely, spotlessly clean place and the staff go out of their way to make
you welcome. The food is their rooftop restaurant was some of the best I
had in India and anytime I return to Delhi I will always stay here.

All the staff without exception were extrimely attentive and polite. All questions were answered and all requests met. Despite not so oppulent external appearance, the entire hotel's interior was magical, enstilling harmony and peace. Very comfortable rooms and a good choice of restaurants.
