  Wonderful service and very pleasant and helpful staff. Without informing the hotel of our arrival at the Jaislamer train station in the wee hours, we were pleasantly surprised to find hotel staff waiting to pick us up from the train station. The hotel staff (especially the front desk maanager, Gyanchand, who was super helpful and friendly the whole day) was the best! We felt so comfortable the whole time. Great to have the swimming pool, and a rooftop overlooking the whole city and right in front of the fort.
