very helpful staff, always happy to help, they went beyond the call of their duty to make our stay comfortable, all staff were excellent , we especially remember Animash, Nandita, front office manager Varun Mohan. was so cooperating, in fact we arrived at 10 am even if our check in was
at 2 pm, the staff welcomed us and made us feel comfortable, they had

From the moment we entered we were greeted and treated as celebs.Not only were the bell boys friendly & helpful, all the staff at the front desk, lobbies, restaurants etc were attentive, helpful and eager to please. They are professional and this clearly reflects management's guest friendly policy which we enjoyed and truly appreciate. The chef was at hand and very accomodating.The food at all their restaurants is absolutely delicious.

Design, very gentle and friendly staff, modern hotel and very comfortable. Great breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The top roof restaurant with its city view is really super. The Club room with access to executive lounge in 9th floor during happy hour and free internet and free airport transport is really top.
