  A great place to stay on your travels around Iceland, especially if visiting the nearby Jôkulsarlon Glacier's. The room was clean, warm, quiet and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to to provide a great service. He then, without being asked, went out of his way to confirm the road conditions and that the relevant roads were - We had a fairly spacious and clean room in a block down near the lake. We had a wonderful night's sleep as we could open the windows to get some fresh air in and the heating kept the room at a nice temperature. There is a shared kitchen/lounge area where you can make tea or coffee plus cook if you want. The restaurant serves a simple buffet breakfast which was included. The view from our room of the mountain was spectacular. Staff are friendly and helpful.The rooms at the back had the best vie
