The temperatures were in the 32 -34 C range while there which made the pool wonderful, but the rooms were very warm with the AC on full! Overall a great place - Very friendly staff, excellent service, hospitality, hotel was in fact better than it appeared on the internet. Great wellness, excellent selection of wines and food. In general excellent hotel!

fine place, friendly staff, all in all fine, will stay again - spa and pool facilities, sun deck on the hotel roof with the gergeous view of Balaton lake - unfortunately it wasn't warm enough to sunbath

We had a superior double room which was very spacious and light.
We had a very early departure and were given a bread, toppings (altho they omitted to provide a plastic knife!), fresh fruit bag to sustain us on the train back to Budapest.

We went early Sept which might be a little quiet for some travelers.
Buffet style breakfast/evening meals, plenty of choice, good selection of Hungarian food.

Friendly hotel with a lovely view - lovely view of the lake, every room faces the lake, room was clean, the bathroom was a bit small and although it was a nice strong shower the head was a bit broken and the water was going everywhere. Definitely recommend the hotel outside the main summer season as the rates are lower.
