Very friendly staff.
Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
Sangria each evening in the hotel lobby for you to grab a glass on your way back up to your room.
Rooms were lovely and spacious.
Staff happy to assist in booking taxis/tickets to the Szechenyi baths & other attractions.

We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons.
The staff were really helpful and friendly - especially Gabor - and were willing to help with directions, cabs and weren't annoyed when the other group paid a bit later.

The apartment was in a convenient location, clean, spacious and
comfortable. It was equipped for all our basic needs and the staff were
friendly, welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our "home from

La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena. La vista de la habitacion era hermosa. Muy amable el personal y siempre dispuestos a ayudar y responder a todas las preguntas. El precio resulto muy bueno pero debo aclarar que tome una oferta especial, a mitad de precio, los precios habituales son bastante elevados y el menu del restaurant ofrece platos caros.

We were greeted on arrival, given an induction and left to it. If we
needed any help we were provided with telephone numbers if we needed to
contact anyone. Plus the cleaning lady lives next door so if we needed

The apartment is spacious with high celling which makes the apartment cooler. The windows are double glazed and block the traffic noise completely. It is well equipped and comfortable.
The location is great. It is just some second walk from the Chain Bridge and the Castel's funicular. We walked almost everywhere from the apartment but if one likes to use public transport, then the bus stop is just round the corner!
Kate, the girl who welcomed us, is a very nice and helpful girl.

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short
vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are
the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located
within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The
artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with
information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on
some bookings.

This hotel provides good service at decent prices. We booked two executive rooms, which while relatively compact, provided all we needed. We arrived early, before our rooms were ready, but with our (discounted) exec rooms we spent some time on the excellent executive terrace & lounge, with free drinks and a great view of the river. This ia more of a big business hotel of course, but for us it was a usefull one-night stop on our Road Trip. Breakfast (also in the exec lounge) was quite good.
