Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble for them, i'd pre booked the airport shuttle before going but booked the return leg at the hotel, this got overlooked for whatever reason and when i checked the following morning they realised their mistake and rectified it even though it was the same day as departure. When I arrived at the airport, I got the disturbing news that my bagage had stayed behind in Berlin. It was a stupid mistake of my own doing to pack my life threatening disease medication in my suitcase. Great - very central - location (the main metro station is just a few meters away), helpful and polite staff, and the rooms were very large and comfortable. We found the complimentary breakfast quite sufficent and we were able to park our car right in front of the hotel (free of charge). - The room was exactly as in the pictures,good size , clean

La ubicacion del hotel es muy buena. La vista de la habitacion era hermosa. Muy amable el personal y siempre dispuestos a ayudar y responder a todas las preguntas. El precio resulto muy bueno pero debo aclarar que tome una oferta especial, a mitad de precio, los precios habituales son bastante elevados y el menu del restaurant ofrece platos caros.

Excellent staff, exceptionally clean and stylish hotel, great facilities, especially the Wellness pools and saunas which were a godsend at the end of a hot day city walking. We could not fault this hotel and will be sure to try and stay here when we visit this wonderful city again. We have already told all our friends how good Continental Hotel Zara was!

The hotel is located very conveniently in the heart of budapest with access to metro, bus and tram right outside the door.

Rooftop terrace was lovely to relax in after a day's sightseeing, and there was an honesty bar, so you could enjoy a beer or glass of wine and the rooftop view.
