We had an excellent stay at the Budapest residence! It started when we
arrived terribly late as we were caught in a snow storm driving from
Krakow and did not arrive until 2am. The concierge (I believe his name
was Peter or Paul - sorry!) Was so friendly and greeted us like we

The apartments are equipped with everything you need for a short
vacation or a long stay. The metro station is 5 mins walk away, as are
the starting points for all the tourists hop-on buses. It is located
within the gozsdu court where there are nice cafes and bars around. The
artists market is also fun to walk through. The staff helped us with
information on the sights and transport and even got us discounts on
some bookings.

So the hotel is really good and absolutely value for money (we've payed 180 EUR for dbl room for 3 nights with breakfast). There is a sauna, jacuzzi and mini water pool in wellness center and opportunity to order massage with discount. We couldn't have been happier with our apartment. A group of 10 split between two two-bed apartments- ours was spacious, clean and with all the mod cons.

The apartment was in a convenient location, clean, spacious and
comfortable. It was equipped for all our basic needs and the staff were
friendly, welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed our "home from
home" during our 3 days in Budapest and would definitely aim to

my parking because I hadn't any Forients with me when I first
arrived. Very forthcoming with his assistance, he helped us book the
Duna Bella boat ride. Location's good, under 10-minute walk from the
Stephen's Square even with 2 young ones. Atm ~100m down the street,

We had a wonderful stay at Kalmar Pensio. It is a beautiful 120 year old mansion comverted into a Pension in an excellent location. It is very near the Chain Bridge in Budapest, right behind the Gellert Baths and so easily accessible to all major sightseeing venues yet in a residential area. The Manager, Ester made us very welcome and was very informative and helpful. We had a huge room with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and a huge bathroom! What more could you ask for?!

Thoroughly loved the apartment, it was larger than expected and the five of us were very comfortable. A short walk to the metro or tram gives access to the city. It was very good value for Budapest, and the facilities made it an excellent choice for a hot summer break in Budapest. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the Sziget festival and it was a very good choice. Transport links are good for getting into town. Price when booked in advance was good value. I am very pleased with everything.
