La atención de la gente del hotel fue excelente, siempre que queriamos ir a algún sitio, por ejemplo a cenar o a dar un paseo nocturno por el Danubio, nos hacían reservacione... lo que la gente dice » s y nos pedian un taxi (Mercedes Benz). - Muy bien comunicado. La parada de metro Oktogon está cerca. El personal del hotel muy bueno.

  The staff was very friendly and always willing to help. We asked if we could take a baby high chair into our apartment and they allowed us to take one from the breakfast buffet restaurant. Tjhe apartment was cleaned, bathroom amenities and even washing detegrant provided on a daily basis. The service is excellent and worth of 5 stars. The staff was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. We didn't bother with the breakfast because there are plenty of local bakeries and Boscolo provides free coffee 24 hours. Location was great - access to all forms of local transportation - best bet is to buy 3 day pass at the airport as Budapest is pretty spread out.

  Wow! What a gem of a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how fabulous this hotel is... everything from the location, decor to the staff service. It certainly added to our experience of Budapest. Make sure you ask them to book all your tours, etc. They have great suggestions and ideas - and the prices were more than reasonable.
