Location is perfect. Within walking distance of Buda (10 minutes) across a bridge, of the central Deak Ferenc Ter station (5 minutes) of the Ferenciek ter station which provides Bus/Metro access to Buda (3 minutes). Hotel is very clean and very well suited for travellers looking for comfort and some luxury on a budget. We didn't have breakfast/lunch/dinner at the hotel, so we cannot really judge on the quality of the food.

About the hotel: The services they describe on the internet are exactly the ones that you will get, so I would recommend to stay here. I really liked this new, fresh and modern appartment! It was well equipped with all the kitchen stuff as well as a CD-player, DVD-player, washing machine, dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub as well as nice, modern, adequate furniture and comfortable beds. There was a balcony in the courtyard and there were even some DVD-films that you could use. The appartments were built and furnished in 2012 and you can rent one with all these equipment for a very modest price. I visited Budapest in Februa

Very close to almost everything, metro - tram - bus stations, exchange office, ATM, market etc. Very comfortable, yet not too expensive. The lady who admits you to the apartment is a very positive person who makes you relaxed after your stressful international flight to arrive there. -

The hosts were very friendly and they helped us with advices and recommendations about what to see and visit in Budapest. They make us fell really welcomed, they smiled a lot and they were very very nice. We even received a bottle of wine courtesy of the house :) and some pieces of jewels hand made by them :) they really made us enjoy every minute

This is the best accomodation (location) in Budapest. The metro station is 20m away, all lines, Vaci street is 50m away. The apartment is very spaceous, clean and confortable, 6 adults can be in it. CBA market is in the same building. The landlord is very polite and helpful.

We loved the place (stayed in apt. no. 4). It was very convenient with the underground parking just below the apartment. The staff (Tibor) was very friendly and helpful. It's so easy to travel from there when you have bought the 72-hr Budapest pass for the public transport. The Mexikoi metro station is just 10 mins away and it takes just 10 mins. on the yellow line to reach the very center of Budapest or 2 mins. if you travel to the Szechenyi Baths. Free private parking although by mistake I entered by kitchen. My luggage had been lost by BA and Emmie was extremely helpful in getting it back for me. I was concerned and this hotel was a turning point in getting my trip back on track. they sent out for onion soup for me. It felt very Hungarian and authentic.

The apartment was very spacious, even for 6 people!! The location was a
great spot too (close to the metro, supermarket and a few pubs for the
younger crowd). I was even able to get a cheap taxi to and from the
airport through the apartment owner and she was very helpful, nice and
gave us useful information about Budapest. I would stay again!
