CHECK-IN PROCEDURES: All guest names must be provided at the time of booking, or they will not be allowed to board the cruise. Note that the guest names used during booking has to match the guest name on the passports provided during check-in. Guests who require a visa for Hong Kong must make sure they have a valid re-entry Hong Kong visa, or they will not be allowed to board the cruise. Your travel documents will be collected before boarding the vessel and will be kept under the custody of Star Cruises on board the vessel for the duration of the cruise. The travel documents will be returned to you by Star Cruises on-board the vessel, after Immigration Arrival Clearance for all passengers have been completed. Please check-in at: Ocean Terminal, Harbour City, 5 Canton Road, Tsimshatsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. For the check in and gate closed time, please refer to your confirmation slip. Please present your cruise ticket upon check-in with the access card. Check-in timings are as follows: 17:00 - 18:30 daily except Saturday 16:00 - 17:30 on Saturday As a precaution, guests should still refer to the Cruise Confirmation Slip for the actual check-in time per cruise. Guests must disembark the ship within 1 hour of the ship docking back at Ocean Terminal. The ship will dock on 08:00 on weekdays, 10:30 on Saturdays and 12:00 on Sundays. DRESS CODE: Smart casual is encouraged at all times. No shorts or slippers are allowed in any of the Food & Beverage outlets. Do remember to bring along appropriate attire for the spa and gym if you wish to use the facilities. FOOD / FRUITS: For hygiene reason, all passengers are not allowed to bring food / fruits on-board. PASSAGE RESTRICTION: Pregnant women after the 24th week of pregnancy, as well as children aged 6 months and below, will not be allowed to sail or board the cruise.
