Everything about the hotel. The staff are friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. Modern bathroom design with shower and bath. Bed turn down in the evening with subtle touches. Excellent pool and wellness facilities. Food in all the bars and the restaurant is excellent.

Comfort, swimming pool, luxury. Not far from the airport, not far from the city. Service to pick us up from the airport arranged. Had a safe in the room to safeguard valuables such as passport, etc. Breakfast and meals were very good. Bathroom and shower safe and spacious. No steps to get into the shower.

Surprisingly high level of services. Very low level of street noise (taking into consideration that we are talking about a big Greek city). The hotel is situated 5 minutes on feet from the city center. - always perfect, like it, will come back!!!!

The staff (especially Irini, Zephiros and Nikos) are the best thing about this hotel. They are very service-minded and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. They accepted and paid for a package which I had sent by courier from another hotel in advance of my stay and also sent fruit and champagne up to our room as an apology gesture when there was a mix-up with the room I had requested. Absolutely everything. Although this is advertised as an hostel, it is better than most of the 3-4 star hotels I've stayed in my life all over the world. Beautiful hotel, excellent central location, walking distance to the most important attractions and tavernas and bars, nice rooms, nice view from the balcony, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful garden, fast wifi. I would definitely stay again
