Very clean, spacious, and very well equiped apartments! Definitelly above all other rooms in the price category during our stay in Greece (early October). This hotel really reminds me on the 4/5 stars except of 1 fact: it has great kitchen :-). Wifi worked well in the lobby and the owner told us that next year, it will be also in the rooms (the hotel's specific structure makes the task a bit more complex). Covered parking (great for our motorbikes). Quiet and nice view from balcony. Good tavern

Very friendly, helpful owners. This is a fun place with very creative decor designed and built by Sotaris, the owner's son. Lots of hand painted details and antiques. Nice big bed, and small kitchen with everything we needed. Very short walk to center of town. Lots to do in area, from hiking to nice beaches. Wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend.

This was the second time that we stayed in the guesthouse and we liked it even better than the first time.
Rooms are beautiful with tasteful interiors and very comfortable beds. Rooms well heated.
Nice breakfast served in the room (and eaten on the sunny balcony). Extremely friendly and genuinly welcoming staff.
Wonderful surroundings and perfect location for visiting Mystras and Sparta. Chromata, one of the best restaurants we have experienced in Greece is nearby.

Pretty much everything! Views were stunning, rooms extremely comfortable, had a great nights sleep every night. Shower was fabulous as well. Breakfast was fantastic, the Mani bread is SO good and is home made by the grandmother I believe. The staff are very friendly and informative. The father and son made us very welcome. Luxurious residence with emphasis on the decoration and details. The rooms were very clean and very well equipped(electrical appliances etc). The breakfast was very rich and we enjoyed it a lot. The owners and staff were always polite and helpful. Private parking is available for the ones that arrive in the location by car.
