This hotel has an absolutely wonderful staff - helpful and eager to please in every way. We were upgraded to one of the honeymoon suites and it was fabulous...what an amazing view with a private Jacuzzi no less. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Due to a blackout before we arrived, our room was not available for 1 night. We were then upgraded to a suite to make up for the inconvenience. The room was beautiful and this really made our holiday very special.

Todo ha estado perfecto - Todo!!! La linea aérea perdió mi equipaje, al enterarse en el hotel noshicieron upgrade a habitacion con jacuzzi. Se la recomiendo a todos!!!El desayuno es único, las vistas, la playa muy cómoda y tienentransporte permanente para evitar la subida. Pasamos un maravillosomomento en tan delicioso hotel. Volvería mil veces!!!

... lo que la gente dice » ables, lo mas especial es la gente en la recepcion - Al llegar nos enseñaron la habitación del Petinos Beach que nos correspondía y estaba genial, pero por el mismo precio también nos enseñaron otra de un hotel de la misma cadena, que estaba ubicado un poco más arriba de la calle, el Nisakki y al final escogimos ésta última que era increíble, de verdad. The staff were awesome. So helpful and friendly. The pool/bar area were beautiful and were so relaxing! The breakfast was buffet style and was a little different each morning. It was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and that was great as well. The location isn't great if you want to be able to walk into town (definitely too far), but if you're looking for some peace and quiet it is perfect. The staff could not do enough for us. They picked us up from airport and took us to the port for a ferry crossing. I cannot praise them enough. tHe hotel is in a fab location with wonderful views across Ornos bay and towards mykonos town
