The hotel was great and the team -- both management and front-line staffers – with emotional intelligence were there present.
The staff quietly made us feel comfortable and important.

Very good and nicely designed hotel with many interesting details. Good and free spa center that requires appointment. Amazing food - fusion cuisine. 100 m close to the sea, but the beach is not superb though very decent. Thera are couple of fireplaces in the lobby and the feeling was magic.
Wi-Fi worked perfectly, no problem to park and I really injoyed winter spa wekend in this hotel.
Outside of the hotel with sweeming pools is also nice but not interesting in this time of the year.

We visited this hotel in October and we stayed for two nights. The location was amazing! Sea on one side and mount Olympus on the other. The hotel is really new (i think it opened in 2012). When we arrived we got an upgrade to a junior suite with a mountain view due to availability. The room was perfect! Spacious, clean, luxurious! The jacuzzi at the balcony was great and i totally recommend it. The staff was very helpful and polite. The facilities were worthy of the hotel's five star category.

We chose the all-in formula and we got very good quality and service for the price we paid. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel has a nice garden and pool area and the rooms are very clean. And more than friendly hotel staff, food is great (even my kids are eating without any problems for 10 days), very clean room, children's playground, swimming pool. We especially like the small private beach which is very clean and the sea is warm and safe for children. All recommendations for a family holiday without the crowds and stress.
