Studios are equipped with all necessary things needed to stay. It is very clean. Bed sheets and towels are changed every 2 days. Great sandy beach is just 30 meters away. The owner is very polite and hospitable. -

The apartment we were allocated was very spacious with all the amenities (large shower, air conditioning, stove and oven, large fridge ...) and a huge terrace overlooking the sea! Very close to the sandy beach, equipped with umbrellas and deckchairs (included in price). The owner is very courteous and helpful and very attentive to cleanliness. The town of Nea Potidaea you can easily reach on foot. This accommodation is ideal for a visit to the Chalkidiki peninsula and its surroundings too.

The hotel was beautifully kitted out. The bathrooms were spotless and
very well equiped with modern showers and toilets etc. The tiling on
both the walls and floors were immaculate. The bedrooms themselves were
well appointed and of a designer quality with dropped ceilings, soft
lighting and modern joinery of laminated doors and frames. Outside was a
small balcony, though large enough for us to sit and watch the sun set
with a nice bottle of wine. The staff were wonderful. Spoke excellent

Staff very friendly, we arrived late, we did not find the hotel, I phoned from Paralia and they came with the car to pick us up - very nice. Very good location, walking distance from the Kalithea beach which is not so overcrowded as Paralia beach is.
