The hotel was great and the team -- both management and front-line staffers – with emotional intelligence were there present.
The staff quietly made us feel comfortable and important.

Very good and nicely designed hotel with many interesting details. Good and free spa center that requires appointment. Amazing food - fusion cuisine. 100 m close to the sea, but the beach is not superb though very decent. Thera are couple of fireplaces in the lobby and the feeling was magic.
Wi-Fi worked perfectly, no problem to park and I really injoyed winter spa wekend in this hotel.
Outside of the hotel with sweeming pools is also nice but not interesting in this time of the year.

The staff (especially Irini, Zephiros and Nikos) are the best thing about this hotel. They are very service-minded and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. They accepted and paid for a package which I had sent by courier from another hotel in advance of my stay and also sent fruit and champagne up to our room as an apology gesture when there was a mix-up with the room I had requested. We loved our stay the staff were very friendly, the room was large with a seating area inside as well as on the balcony. The food was excellent with a good choice buffet. Free mini train around complex was fun. Water taxi to nearest town ran every hour and the sea food restaurants there superb. -
