The hotel was great and the team -- both management and front-line staffers – with emotional intelligence were there present.
The staff quietly made us feel comfortable and important.

Very good and nicely designed hotel with many interesting details. Good and free spa center that requires appointment. Amazing food - fusion cuisine. 100 m close to the sea, but the beach is not superb though very decent. Thera are couple of fireplaces in the lobby and the feeling was magic.
Wi-Fi worked perfectly, no problem to park and I really injoyed winter spa wekend in this hotel.
Outside of the hotel with sweeming pools is also nice but not interesting in this time of the year.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Extremely friendly and patient staff.
Very clean. Perfect location for everything you want to do. 1 block away
from Aristotelous Square, Lefko Pirgo (white tower), Ladadika
(Restaurants). 2 blocks away from shopping (Louis Vuitton, Prada, etc.).
The breakfast buffet is amazing. The soaps in the room amazing. They
even give you a bottle of wine upon arrival and daily sweets in your
room. I never waste my time giving reviews but this place deserves it.

The staff (especially Irini, Zephiros and Nikos) are the best thing about this hotel. They are very service-minded and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble. They accepted and paid for a package which I had sent by courier from another hotel in advance of my stay and also sent fruit and champagne up to our room as an apology gesture when there was a mix-up with the room I had requested. I really liked the pool side, it was very relaxing being there. For the first time I actually felt like I want to spent more time at the pool rather than the beach side. The breakfast was also very nice, there was enough of choices every day and the quality of the food was good. Also the balcony was very pleasant for a late chit chats and afternoon coffee.
