The location was really good close to other hotels and shopping area by car or bus. The staff are well spoken and very nice. The design of the hotel is brilliant :)

The rooms are very clean and the Hotel is very well situated (only 5 minutes walk from all the restaurants and bar).
Being a 5 star hotel we thaught that the cocktails at the pool bar would be much more expensive than the rest of Faliraki, But NO, it was only 0.3 cent more :) So we had a lot of those :) -

I do like the relaxed but professional atmosphere, the staff, the location just by the seaside, the view (sea view bungalow!) and that the entire Place is very very Clean and well kept. This is a real 5 star resort right on the beach, with all the facilities that you would expect. Rooms spotlessly clean and maid service daily.Staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet food was fresh and extensive and we found something to enjoy each day. -

The staff is very friendly with the customers, well trained and always ready to serve our needs.
Our room was large, comfortable and above all it was very clean.
The bathroom of our room was also very clean and had outside of tub and shower.
The buffet had a great variety and all the food was delicious!

Fabulously clean and luxurious resort. A little distance from Kardamaina
town, but everything you need right there. Food was amazing and with a
huge variety. Pools everywhere. Spotlessly clean. Big luxurious rooms
with wet rooms as well as baths. So may staff; you never cannot find
someone if you need to. -

Very friendly. We arrived early in the morning, and were offered breakfast (staff even delayed changeover for lunch so that we could get ourselves good breakfast with no hurry).
