The staff were awesome. So helpful and friendly. The pool/bar area were beautiful and were so relaxing! The breakfast was buffet style and was a little different each morning. It was great. We had dinner at the restaurant one night and that was great as well. The location isn't great if you want to be able to walk into town (definitely too far), but if you're looking for some peace and quiet it is perfect. The hotel´s facilities were excellent. We loved the fact that we had an early flight and they prepared us breakfast at 5 am. The room was very comfortable and clean and the pools were really nice. Breakfast ws complete and good. - Personal muy amable, instalaciones estupendas, desayuno bufet excelente.

Todo ha estado perfecto - Todo!!! La linea aérea perdió mi equipaje, al enterarse en el hotel noshicieron upgrade a habitacion con jacuzzi. Se la recomiendo a todos!!!El desayuno es único, las vistas, la playa muy cómoda y tienentransporte permanente para evitar la subida. Pasamos un maravillosomomento en tan delicioso hotel. Volvería mil veces!!!

This hotel has an absolutely wonderful staff - helpful and eager to please in every way. We were upgraded to one of the honeymoon suites and it was fabulous...what an amazing view with a private Jacuzzi no less. Everything was perfect in this hotel. The staff was very kind and
helpful and they upgraded our stay to junior suite as they noticed that
we were extremely tired after 8 hours trip in the ferry. We got our
private swimming pool and jakozi as well. The location was perfect and
its just 5 minutes walk to fira city center so don't worry about the
location. I will stay in this hotel again if I come again to Santorini
