The location is excellent as you can watch the dramatic sunset and has a
very good view of the Caldera. The design of the hotel is very Grecian
so if you want to experience or feel like an ancient Greek, this is the
best place! ;) It's beautiful during nighttime. It's not to far
from the main street where you can have coffee or dine in a very good
restaurant and enjoy some Greek cuisine. It is also very accessible to

El diseño, las vistas y la ubicación -
I felt the greek hospitality in this hotel. When we arrived at the airport there was a car waiting for us (and it is complimentary). If you do not like something in this hotel it will change in hours because the staff, the view, the breakfast and everything will make you feel the most important person ever.

Amazing hotel! Location in Oia was perfect. Staff was extremely accomodating. View was awesome. Restaurant was definitely worth visiting for a gourmet dinner overlooking the Caldera. Breakfast selections were vast and very tasty. Would stay here again. Great hotel for a romantic getaway.

The view is probably the best view from any hotel I have ever stayed in.
More than that, it's one of the best views of the Caldera that we
found on the whole island. Andreas and the rest of the staff were
extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful, while the room itself was
exactly as advertised, quite spacious, and clean. Breakfast was served

Marizan has been the most impressive stay in the decade for me and my wife.
We stayed with the Honeymoon cave type for 2 nights which is spacious and very clean. There are all necessary kitchen equipment.
The hotel locates on the best sunset viewpoint , no need to reserve the seat like the public viewpoint that require to reach there 2-3 hours before sunset.
Georgia and Giannis (Owners) took care us very great, we felt warm like staying at home.
It takes only 10 minutes to the center of Oia.

The house is situated in the very heart of Oia. The view is really fantastic. You can either spend some time at the verandah enjoying the marvelous view (which is probably the best all over) or you can walk along the main pedestrian road with all the shops and restaurants which is a few steps away. The bus station is also very close. The house is very nice and clean, and it was a pleasant and unusual experience to live in a traditional Greek house. We could hardly find a better place to stay in

one of the words I would add is ritualistic. the area of oia is in general, but caldera villas allow visitors to feel that connection with nature, history, and raw simple goodness through its dialogues with the cliffs and human settlement. The decor, strategies in design, the food, the hospitality and flexibility of the staff etc. guarantee a wholesome stay.

This was by far the most amazing trip of my life! If you do NOTHING else your entire Life, go to Santorini. Angel Caves made my experience that much better. Free home-made breakfast from the owner, unlimited home-made wine, IMPECCABLE hospitality. Very friendly people that made us feel like regulars. The room was well equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, hairdryer, tv, aircon, view from our balcony was just beautiful especially on sunset. Lovely breakfast from the balcony of their dining area. What can I say apart from fantastic! 10 out of 10. We chose GABBIANO because it looked private, quiet and accomodation was in the traditional type of accomodation. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary so wanted something special. This was all of the above and more. Staff friendly and very helpful. We came to Santorini for a little mini 2nd honeymoon after a 10 day tour in Greece. We got a good end-of-season deal and they threw in a free upgrade to a room with a hot-tub on the balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially Nicolas and Andreas. Exquisite views. We had a great time. The suite had two balcony's overlooking the volcano bay. Very cozy.
