Highly recommended!! I liked everything about it! It's almost like I don't want to say too much because I was so positively surprised by how we were taken care of. I've never had a better hotel experience (even at fancy places), and it felt like staying with a nice Greek family. FYI: don't get a taxi at the port, but look for the Hotel Grotta van, they pick you up. Or you can simply walk a little ways away from the ferry (we came by ferry) and look up to your left. You can see the yellow hotel

The owners were very helpful from picking us up at the port to filling the fridge with produce from their garden. There was also plenty of private outdoor space as we had a balcony and huge terrace. The studio and the grounds were kept spotlessly clean. We would stay there again.

We have visited Naxos many times and this was our first time staying at the Illion Hotel. This is a family run hotel. The hotel owner was most helpful and courteous and did everything to make our stay the wonderful experience that it was. The hotel room was surprisingly clean and it felt like we were the first ones to stay in the room. All rooms have balconies with a side view of the sea and a front view of a small park. We were provided with clean towels every day and clean sheets every other day. There is a very neat and fully equipped kitchenette on each floor.
