The family could not do enough, very pleasant and friendly and the restaurant does fresh greek specialities, which i tried and enjoyed. The hotel is in a good location as it is about 5 min walk to the main strip of faliraki, which means you have the best of both worlds. The beach in another direction is also a 5 min walk. I used the beach but if you require the pool there is a hotel opposite that allows use of the pool and also another 2 pools within 2 mins. The rooms are very nice and modern w

Nos ha encantado todo!!! El momento de desayuno en el jardin del hotel es lo mejor! El hotel está mejor situado, muy cerca de todo pero alejado suficientemente para poder dormir alejado de bares y música muy fuerte!

The staff is beyond compare. The family who runs this hotel are very helpful and always available. Customer service is the best I've ever seen. The room was clean and quiet, and it had a mini fridge and a stove. If you want a nice, clean place to stay with friendly people at a great price, then this is your hotel. -
+ extremely friendly and caring hosts (eg. we had a night flight and they let us check-out in the evening instread of until 12 am)

Very nice one star family runed hotel, just a few steps away from the beach in center of Faliraki. hotel is in the bar street so there is a los of music during a night. Fantastic food (kebab)at nearby Bro's kebab.
