The concierge spoke English well and was patient with me although the
letsbookhotel.com website misrepresented the description for a "sun
terrace", which is just a standard balcony and not a outdoor area
with sun and views of the city. The owner was very friendly and helped
me resolve my concerns and even directed me to a neighbouring 4 star
hotel

He, almost always went out of the way to make the stay effortless.
Terrific levels of hygiene / cleanliness! I was impressed by how efficiently the room was made up by the house-keeper, in a matter of 2-3 minutes.
This is probably one of the best locations for at this price range,
however, the pictures (on letsbookhotel.com) showing the Akropolis from the hotel is bit of a stretch! At least I could not see that monument fr

The hotel was excellent. The staff could not do enough to help and went
out of their way on several occasions . The breakfast was lovely too and
we really enjoyed the roof top bar by the swimming pool. It suited us
location wise as we stayed one night at the beginning of our holiday
before sailing from the marina opposite. However, the hotel was so good
that we went back there at the end of the holiday too and used it as a

The owner and his wife where very friendly, I felt like home. The room was clean and remodeled with a fridge, tv, air coditionair and wifii. The location was excelent in the town and across the beach. The first night we arrived he gave us the keys and told us we are like a family feel at home.
I recomend this Villa to families, couples or a small group of friends.

Simply the best hotel that I've ever been. The neighbourhood is quiet, very green and the air is fresh even in the hottest days. It is very close to the train station and also in 10 min by taxi to Marussi, where many companies have offices and this makes the hotel very good for business trips.

Beautiful hotel with superb facilities. All of the staff (reception, chefs and cleaners) were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. We enjoyed our stay (6 nights) immensely and would rebook and reccomend in the future.

This hotel defies current Greek star ratings. Relative to other hotels outside of intercity Athens, this hotel is easily five stars. Rooms are immaculate and comfortable, the family-run establishment is in a wonderful residential neighborhood, easily within walking distance of great food. They were very, very kind people and we apreciate very much their help during our stay. The public transport (bus) is PERFECT from the airport with X96 (3,5€) you arrive very easily and to Athen it is more ore less 40min and you can use A2, E2 or E22. (0,8€) - Friendly and helpful staff.
