The house is a stones throw from the Altastenberg ski-lift. It is on a quiet road. The charming town of Winterberg is just three kilometres away. There are walking trails, of which the Rothaasteig is the most well-known, begin just eighty metres from the house. There is something to do here all year round. If there is occasional inclement weather you can visit the new, comfortable wellness area with its sauna and waterfall shower. The wellness area also has a relaxation room with a large fireplace and flat screen TV. You can enjoy the 690 m private plot of land with barbeque on fine days. There is a large south-facing balcony accessible from the dining room.
