very pleasant staff - friendly helpful and efficient. free wifi, nice, clean, tastefully decorated room, everything works properly - even lighting, i don't take this for granted as quite often you come across hotel rooms which are overly romantic and where you can't get a proper reading light or main lighting. great value for such a central location: 1 minute walk to Konigsallee.

This is a great hotel and well deserving of its 4 start rating. We did get a double upgrade to the executive suite which was superb but the standard is reflected throughout the hotel. The hotel was booked with some trepidation as the location, using google street view, looked uninspiring. It is on a fairly busy road junction, but our room on the 6th floor was very quiet. The hotel stored our cycles in a store room inside. Facilities at the hotel were superb ... a well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, sink, and all the basic utensils plus bedroom and separate small lounge area with couch, tv, desk and small table. Great location for exploring the town.
