It's a quick 5 minute walk to the ticket center for the castle & the King's childhood home.   The apartment is new and it is smart apartment .the owner is kindly . You can find what you need for long stay .there is bus station near by the bilding. And from the apartment to city center 20 m .I recomended to stay in this hotel for long time and I hope to rent it in next visit and I think the price is very good - The staff were very helpful.
