It was our third time staying in this hotel. The staff is very friendly & helpful. B/fast is plenty and has lots of choices. We didn't try the evening meals but it always looked delicious and plenty. I would recommend this hotel any day. -

The staff is plesant and efficient. They apologised that there was no menu in english and quickly located someone in the staff to sit with me and translate what was in the menu. This is *Service*. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. - good and new sauna facilities, very friendly and helpful personnel.

Spacious, smart, clean room with lovely view of the city. Good shower, towels and toiletries. Plenty of TV channels. Large, clean pool. Excellent variety of foods on the buffet at breakfast. Excellent location, easy walk to sites, shops and restaurants. Best steak I've ever had at Gaucho's nearby.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I had a double room and it was bright, spacious, well laid out and very clean. The Restaurant was very nice with a good selection of German food, which more importantly was very tasty, with large portions. Breakfast was nice with a good selection of food and lots of lovely coffee.

The hotel was very relaxed and friendly. The staff were extremely helpful, cooperative and flexible as the duration of my stay became uncertain due to work commitments. The food was excellent and the menu was varied. I shall be staying at this hotel again on any return visit to this area.
