very friendly. There is a great garden with a "sandbox" and
toys for the kids. Very near to OstbahnHof from where you can reach
every place in the city with public transport. Convenience and
restaurants nearby. Very family friendly. Washing/dry machines in

The hotel is very near to MarienPlatz and the food market. In front is the very nice and huge supermarket with German deliciousness. The room was a bit small, but high tech. The location of the hotel is excellent. Very easy walk to many sights and both U & S stations. Easy to get from airport, many good restaurants nearby.
Beds are very comfortable, room very clean, breakfast selection also very good.
Management cleared up a dispute over a broken light switch to our satisfaction. Front desk staff all very friendly and helpful.
