El servicio fuè excelente, me dieron habitacion en la nueva àrea, la cual es muy confortable, tiene elevador, lo cual es muy còmodo. I was placed in a room with three guys who didn't understand hostel etiquette and who came in at 2.30am talking and laughing as loudly as possible. After a couple of hours of putting up with this I went downstairs to ask the guy at reception if he could do anything about it. He very kindly transferred me to another room. I was so grateful to him, I don't know his name but he ensured the rest of my stay was a pleasant one. Thanks!!!

I liked that the hostel was trustworthy. I didnt feel scared to leave my stuff in the room. Staff was very helpful and useful, they advice us many time exactly to locations we wanted and we were pleased with that. It was perfect for those who want to save a bit of the budged in living.

Bar downstairs with reasonable prices.
Small stores on the same block.
Incredible close to the east side gallery.
Close to the disco/club district.
Connection with public transportation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hostel was clean and tiddy. They sold the Berlin Welcome Card which was very convenient and they are right across from a U-bahn stop.
