Cuando llegamos nos mostraron tres habitaciones para que escogieramos la que mas nos gustara, no nos entendiamos con el tema de la conexion a internet por cable y amablemente buscaron a una persona de cocina que hablaba español y nos invitaron a una bebida en el restaurante, el hotel muy centrico. Arrived late because of weather, staff excellent check in quick and

The room was very large with a separate room for off the suite for our older daughter. Bed very comfortable.
Breakfast is very good with fresh baked rolls each morning.
Location is 1 minute walk from Hauptstrasse but enough away to be quiet for sleeping.
Staff very helpful in getting a taxi and other assist. Registering was a piece of cake and had all the info printed out from letsbookhotel.com. This was our second stay in two years and am still very satisfied with the hotel.

El edificio es del siglo XVII, restaurado como hotel hace tres años. Al llegar no había mucho movimiento y nos costó un poco encontrar la recepción, que está en una esquina del bar. La situación fantástica para la visita a Heidelberg. - Location - The friendliness of the staff and the outstanding decor.

The room itself was very comfortable, modern and had a nespresso coffee machine. Location within walking distance to the old city. The receptionist, Barbara was excellent- she was efficient, friendly and helpful. -

The staff were brilliant and their English was superb, unlike our German!
We stayed for dinner at the hotel twice of our four nights and it was excellent, we ate the same meal both nights! The service was also excellent.
We also had breakfast one morning which was good and again the service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble..

I was alone after a business trip and it was everything I wanted and more. The service is tip top. They speak English and will help you with anything. The style is Ultra Modern - great for a luxury stay, though moderately priced. Location is great - it's a 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the Alt Stadt.

Been a long time since we stay at a Ibis Hotel. Last time was in 2007. Glad to know that they still are a familiar place. You know what you´ll get when you book a Ibis Hotel. And glad to know that they have improved. Bed and pillows were fantastic. Good shower and room decoration was better than we remember.
Hotel is right in the trains station.

it's a budget hotel in Heidelberg which located next by Train Station. it's far away from old town, you better take city tram or bus or drive to there. have free parking but not enough parking space in front of the hotel. it's hard to find the 2nd parking area, you better ask you travel buddy to go to check-in first and get the instruction with map for getting to 2nd parking area.
