La ubicacion es muy buena, esta a 300 metros de la parada de metro Rosenheimer Platz, y esta esta a dos del centro (parada Marienplatz). La habitacion estaba muy limpia, muy confortable y tenia hasta mini cocina con microondas y fuegos para cocinar. Está en un sitio tranquilo. La habitación simple al ser grande te permite "estirar". Cerca del río Isard para poder dar paseos. Silencio. - Ubicación, habitación sin ruidos y posibilidad de utilizar spa.

We were traveling by train so having the main train station 10 minute walk away from the hotel was convenient. Also 10 to 15 minute walk to city center. Staff very helpful. - Excellent value for the money. Excellent location.

you can walk for the central train station and go anywhere....but you are in downtown and can visit almost everything by foot! nice coffees and markets at the next block. the one room apto is a reversable living/bedroom. Bed is ok, sheets too. Pillows are very thin.... Towels are slightly old... and small. You need to pay for cleaning the room (2

Easy walking distance to central station or indeed right to city centre (half an hour or so) if you like a stroll. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, comfortable room - no street noise that we heard. Nice little bar for a cheeky beer after a busy day. Public transport ans a few restaurants all in walking distance. Really enjoyed our city break here.

The hotel is very new, and has very nice installations. The staff is
very friendly. There is a great garden with a "sandbox" and
toys for the kids. Very near to OstbahnHof from where you can reach
every place in the city with public transport. Convenience and
restaurants nearby. Very family friendly. Washing/dry machines in
the basement for 4 Euro each program.
