  This is one of the high end hotels that one cannot easily find any faults. To me, H 10 had exceeded the 4 star rating. If you are looking a belin hotel that is value for money, H10 is the top choice. The hotel is perfectly situated, only 100m from the Ku'damm with all the shops etc. Hotel & rooms were very well maintained and clean. Reception staff was very professional and helpfull. Rooms on the 5th floor were silent and spacious, as were the bathrooms (with all amenities provided). Beds could be a softer though.   La 1ª noche tuvimos un problema de ruidos de trafico en la habitacion porque una de las ventanas no cerraba bien y daba a la calle. Nos la cambiaron la noche siguiente por una superior, que daba al rio y con un suplemento minimo. - Espectacular desayuno. Personal servicial. Habitacion moderna
