We had a great stay from the very start. At check in the lady gave us loads of information about the best Christmas markets and was really welcoming. The location was terrific. Just a stone's throw from the big cathedral. The lower floor of the hotel is a giant restaurant serving some of the best food in town at rock-bottom prices. The room was very clean and had a spectacular view of the Dom. The breakfast was tasty, the staff was friendly and in general the room was very comfortable. I would definitely come back to this hotel, and highly recommend it. The location was incredible for the price!

We had a very clean, comfortable room overlooking the street on the first floor. The custom built furnishings were very nice, as was the walk in shower. Very comfortable bed. Liz from KL summed it up well. We had the top floor room which is split over two levels, and fro the top level we could see the Dom. Very convenient location, close to railway station and there is a suburban line almost right underneath the hotel now, so convenient to arrive into the city by train. Breakfast was outstanding, with local gourmet ingredients. Great staff. Quiet location too, set on a quiet back street just outside the central part of town. Highly recommend this place.

The apartment's management office was very easy to find just steps from the main train station and the staff there was very friendly. The apartment itself is very spacious and on the ground floor so we didn't have to lug our bags up flights of stairs. It was within easy walking distance to the Dom and all the sights in the town square. Tom Weecks from Reception is a very nice and helpful person, he gave us some sightseeing tips. Good location - close to Harbour X-Mas Market and U-bahn station.
